Stormy outdoors at times including 5 minutes of thunder and lightning around midday, but indoors a much calmer day than yesterday. 

I took advantage of that to get out for a while after lunch. A drive to the car park at Glen Mary on the way to Coniston and a wander from there, staying clear of the route beside the waterfalls. 

Most of my photos featured foxgloves so it was just a case of finding which one I liked most.
