The first sweet pea

It has been showey all day and I'm glad of the cooler temperatures. I was pleased to see that the first sweet pea in the garden has flowered.  There are plenty in bud but it's lovely to see the first in bloom and it smells delightful of course.  I'm looking forward to having their perfume fill the house!

I've had a few courgettes and two outdoor cucumbers, the hot weather has given everything a good start!
