Tues night cycle

Was feeling tired after 3 on-line vivas all day,  did I have enough energy for cycling with P tonight - thought i'd give it a go - asked him to take it easy but I am not sure he heard - I ended up getting about 9 PB's on the route but was absolutely shattered afterwards
