Silly Billy

This is my first Silly Saturday blip and is probably not silly enough, but here goes.
This fairly typical scene shows Billy contemplating whether he should sleep until dinner time, and Carl reading a newspaper, hard copy!
Not silly to me, but I'm sure there are many who'd disagree:)
