We had everything today, haar, sun, thunder, rain and then more sun.

A working day. Met first member of my team today which was good and a box containing a brand new laptop arrived. Did some laundry which then got drenched. The afternoon was a College meeting which seemed to go well. It was shortly after that as I was back dealing with emails that the news from Glasgow came in. I haven't seen the tv news though.

Friday so Wine o'Clock. It was a quiz tonight at which I did pretty badly. It was all about guessing percentages that the changes Covid has brought about. Pick a number! As usual I behaved quite badly.

Had quite a lot of chat with C tonight. He walks a lot and yesterday did 17 miles, from here, up and down Arthur's Seat and round the town. Respect. He had his first Covid test today. They will be weekly going forward which is progress.

Been a busy week, an early night. The sky had an interesting hue as the sun set.
