Hunting for Pine Cones

Another day under the inversion layer :(
We had a great walk; joined a friend for coffee and other friends for lunch.
Then a hunt for pine cones- not many good ones left.
We are now by the fire and going to enjoy the wonderful films from the Wanaka Mountain Film Festival which has the option of watching on line. This was developed as an option during lock down and remained in place.
