Persistent Valley Cloud

Today's forecast was for 'persistent valley cloud'  and here it is.  I took this photo at Bremner Bay.  I even managed to collect a shopping bag of pine cones while I was there.  The highlight of the morning was breakfast with the church ladies to help 3 friends to celebrate their birthdays this month.  As usual I had Eggs Benedict, which were simply delicious.

This afternoon I walked into town, and have now clocked up 10K steps.  Not too cold +7C.  I have had the fire going all day, and now it's time to put my feet up.
