You’ve walked back to the carpark with your rubbish, why not walk that extra 50 yards to your car & take it home rather than dump it on/near the clearly (& labelled) out-of-action bin? Who do these idiots think is going to clear up after them? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
