Too hot

I am not complaining about the weather, I am just not coping too well with it. We found another walk again this morning, same car park as earlier in the week but we took the bridle path in another direction. It was lovely with a row of poppies running along side the path. It was starting to get hotter while we were out and continued, this evening has been hot though out the house, still lovely outside and can hear a number of people in the other gardens and beyond. Cooked chilli for dinner and opened a bottle of red.
