Hot in the Garden

We've been out and about, socially distancing somewhere pretty much everyday of the last week and half during our "staycation" but after the heat of the last two days, it was good to just be home today. Leonard being a black cat hasn't enjoyed the heat but certainly enjoyed our company. The reported thunderstorms never showed for us although we know they did arrive elsewhere. 

 The lavender is finally attracting butterflies, it usually does but they seemed quite absent this year until today, it was great to be able to capture them. One in the extras too.
