No idea

Today was immense.
I got up and went for a long walk before the heat set in.
We went out on a 2.5 hour bike ride. Popped in to see ange and Phil at Jans. That’s was stressful as an 18ct gold bracelet was lost so we left.
Came home and did lunch quickly.
Went out to meet my dear friend Debbie. Lovely walk in the sun where we saw these two.
Home to see R&M. Had fish and chips.
Shower and bedtime and I am pooped.
