Looking Longingly to the Mountains

Dawn over the Trient Glacier, my knee waking me for the third time last night! A long wait in the doctor’s to be told, “Keep it going as long as possible,” an injection and some new fangled “WD40” ordered for Tuesday. Our doctor has come to yoga here so he knows how important mobility is for me before the inevitable....

This is the time of year when our ex-colleagues have just started their holidays and come to visit the retirees down the hill, so good to see them but now my website is not done ... shouldn’t have had that glass of wine! Must start after dinner, we have another busy day lined up tomorrow, with visitors.
