blue

Today's challenge is "blue" (KaliBug's Feb challenge)

I drive past this a lot. I have no idea what it is or why it is there. I want to say it is a water tower.... but where do they put all the water?

My husband says it might be for gas.... er... same question?

Anyway it is blue... and so is the sky...again.
