Rest In Peace

My Father-In-Law was given a lovely send off today. P received a standing ovation as we left his house for the crematorium this afternoon. Tuttle Jnr did us all proud as he did one of the readings and my Sister-In-Law read the eulogy which was very touching. It was a long wait since he passed away a few weeks ago and it was harder during his last few weeks in hospital. Comforting to know he is with his other half and are both now looking over us all.

Everything went according to plan so much so that Liverpool won the league and we are convinced P had something to do with it. It was ironic that we decided on putting this picture in the order of service. We did wonder why there were fireworks going off as we watched The Karate Kid followed by a couple of Life On Mars episodes over a Diminos take away. A lovely touch to the day I must say.
