Oxeye daisies - quintessentially summer!

And it's another scorcher! Enjoyed a couple of hours' socially distanced coffee and catch-up with Jacqui (and Fletch, of course) this morning, sitting in the shade in her garden. MrM came too for a while, much to Fletch's delight!

All very sensible, which is more than can be said about the tens-of-thousands of people who ignored pleas to stay away, and flocked to beaches on the south coast. One local authority even declared a state of emergency. Gridlocked roads, overcrowded beaches, anti-social behaviour, violence, huge amounts of rubbish...

Some people seem to have forgotten that we're in the middle of a pandemic.
Whatever happened to common sense and personal responsibility?
