Borage: looks good; tastes good

Who would have thought borage could look so good. In today’s bright sunshine with record high UV levels the borage plants in flower at the moment looked surreal and quite magnificent against the cloudless blue sky. Not only do they look nice but the flowers are great in a salad with a taste reminiscent of cucumber.
