School's out

This morning was the Junior School Exhibition - the end of term assembly. It was remote this year so we watched it on YouTube on the TV. 

And that's it! Primary 1 has been completed. And CyclopsJnr has loved it.

Fingers crossed for an August return to the classroom.

We also did our run, mile eight out of ten. Eight miles in eight days do far. Phew, it's hot for it.

After lunch we cycled down to the beach. There was quite a few people there but it is a -miles- long stretch so it was easy to find a bit with only a couple of other families on it. Luckily we had our swimwear on because we ended up right in the sea up to our middles. We had a lovely time and stayed until about four when the tide was in.
