Old Lady

A very hot day. The postman said it was 34 degrees in his van - no air conditioning, just open windows.  So glad to have mown the lawn yesterday!  T's birthday, with cake and candles and a few balloons - mostly for little I's benefit.  Later on we enjoyed supper outside but it was still very hot until just after nine o'clock when the sun had slipped below the horizon.  Here is Tess enjoying the evening air.  She is now thirteen and has slowed down a lot but still shows her spirit on occasions.
