Not so impossible?

Standing in line at the fish van this morning, my eye fell on these  road signs. I haven't noticed the 2 metre high flood marker before. It seems unnecessarily alarmist. We have lived in Bowral for 20 years, and there has never been that sort of a flood in the town centre.

But there again, a lot of impossible things have been happening lately, so who knows...
