Temperature regulation

It’s was soooo hot today and it felt unpleasantly hot to sit outside for long but I managed half an hour at lunchtime. I’m usually really good with hot weather but I think it was maybe too humid for me today.

I did some evening gardening till late in the day (21:30!) and discovered part of the hedge with one of my neighbours is largely bindweed! Most of the bindweed has gone now and is waiting to be collected by the garden waste folk tomorrow.

I’ve rarely appreciated a shower as much I have tonight. I think it’s brought my core temperature down from ‘irritable” to “relaxed”.
