Daddy and Owen day

An earlyish morning run to complete my marathon distance challenge and then a day of Daddy and Owen. Louisa and Aaron had uni/school work to do so to remove the distractions I took Owen in towards town and played in the Quarry. We walked there and as Owen fell asleep in his pushchair I wandered around before getting a coffee in a reusable Shrewsbury Cup*. Then we had lunch and ice cream and played with the football (whilst still eating crisps) before Owen decided he wanted to know what was going on at the Black Lives Matter protest over at the bandstand*. Then a walk home for a bike ride with Aaron. No wonder I was tired out.
