Astrantia Maxima

My favourite Astrantia. I left it behind in my last garden and my daughter sent me a piece in the post from her garden last year.
I was so happy to find it flowering down by the burn. I wanted to share with you the beauty of the petals with a lovely metallic vintage green underside.
Finally finished cleaning and reorganising the pantry, started my gardening club newsletter and started making summery cushions for the sitting room. Oh and weeding.
