Day 93 of COVID-19 UK lockdown.

It's my dad's 88th birthday today and we called in to drop of a present and card, and have a chat. He's off to my sisters late this afternoon to enjoy a bar-b-cue.

We headed to Monknash Beach on the Vale of Glamorgan heritage coast to do a circular five mile walk. The tide was out and we walked along the beach. The beach was very busy, all ignoring the 'no more than five miles' from home limit set by Mr Dripford and the Welsh Government. Good to see everyone enjoying the weather.

Today's Wide Wednesday theme is 'black and white' and I like this seagull against the cliffs, taking a break from flying in the 31C heat.
