On Monday the 15th I mentioned we had placed our house up for sale. It explained the huge skip and my lack of involvement in most things Blip for a few weeks. The first day we had 2 viewers, the next day we had our last viewers. 

In effect, our house sold in about 28 hours! 24 hours later we had visited North Yorkshire and had our offer accepted on a bungalow.

The agents 'For Sale' sign hadn't even been put up by then and it has taken another week for it to show 'Sold'. With just 2 properties in our chain things may move along quickly but being in the hands of the solicitors' nothing is taken for granted. Buyer's survey on Friday. 

Loft and garage now need my attention. Another skip beckons...
