Evolution of a Sky Line

For my birthday Ruth took me to London to see the Ansel Adams exhibition at the Greenwich Maritime Museum.

It is well worth the trip to see his prints 'in the flesh', especially the wall size ones.

Seeing an original print of 'Clearing Winter Storm' is really quite something.

Anyway, I felt suitable inspired by sky lines, majestic clouds, water and tonal ranges.

So, being a .....

compulsive and fixated male (Ruth's description), or ....

a simple pursuer of excellence (my preferred one)

I went up to the observatory and took the above.
