Hills of Fife

Cool again and a bit dull. The morning flies past as I am pretty busy at work. After lunch I go for my quick lunchtime walk. Even though its cloudy, the views across to Fife are still very clear.

No drizzle on the bike ride, but still cool. The after work bike ride is a great way to de-stress after work. I can't go too fast on the cycle path as it is always pretty busy with families. I do a loop around Caiystane to add a wee bit at the end to take the ride over 20miles.
