Sixty five degrees in the shade
After tea I light the sauna.
Over the past three months it has progressed from weather-tight to almost-finished. We have one-and-a-bit walls that need a third coat of plaster, some sealing to do around doors and windows, a door or two to hang, and (of course) a dose of painting.
Nick is already installed. I ladle more water onto the rocks. The sauna is hot, the plunge pool is cold. It’s a glorious way to end a day.
