Fat ball

This fat ball feeder is defeating the crows, so far! This little blue tit was keen to get a good bit and climbed inside. I was a bit worried he might get stuck but he emerged with a beak full. If a heavy bird sits on the perch the opening closes. it managed to be ok for the blackbirds although they found it more difficult to land on the perch.
The crows still raid the bird table but the feeders on the tree have not been damaged. 
I have remembered to put on yesterdays photo. I was in bed when I thought about it and was too tired (lazy). I am afraid I quite often take photos and then forget. I do admire all you diligent Blippers.
