Corellas

After a full on day at work - we're all getting 'endoftermitis', I quickly raced out to the park behind our house to take some shots of the birds in the trees. There wasn't much light left, but I managed to get a few shots.

These corellas are noisy and destructive, but quite lovely in their own way. In this tree, there were three different types of native bird; it was great to see.

Then Little Miss and I took Abe and Nikau to see the vet. Abe has a nasty rash under his 'armpits' and Nikau has been scrapping with the neighbours cat, and has an infected bite on his tail!

Risotto for dinner - pumpkin and spinach. Nom.
