Swimming with friends

Bit of a lazy morning after a great night with RD and FM. J wanted to do her run before meeting up with SC and MS for a swim. Managed to do a 17K run arouns Arthers Seat to meet J at Portie in time for her swim. Nice afternoon for it and it was nice to catch up with MS and SC. Came back for a quiet night in.
