Thriving Jasmine
A stressful start to the day this morning when techie problems tested my knowledge and skills and so I was fraught when I opened up our Zoom meeting at 7.50, and greeted the students and trainee teachers coming in from Germany and Switzerland.. Classes started at 8.00 and we got through it and I observed two decent 45' lessons. This is week 4 of this course and so today was the last class trainees will be teaching at this level. This week there's no more teaching practice and so a bit of a breather for the trainees, with 'only ' input sessions and a written assignment due on Wednesday - the 2nd of four.
In the afternoon I gave feedback on Friday's lesson - felt like a long time ago for everyone!
Dinner of cold chicken and leftover roast veggies from last night. Very good!
These are the jasmine plants that grace the wall on the left as you come out our patio doors and are the backdrop to our patio table and chairs where we spend lots of time over these warmer months. Here's a shot of them last September. You can see they've grown!
