Another year!

How time flies.
Birthday today and I have been rushed off my feet.  Visitors and phone calls a plenty.  My house now looks like a Florist shop, which is wonderful.  Even the postman wished me a Happy Birthday.
Lovely take away Turkish meal with No1 son and his wife last night (who also produced this cake) and this evening I enjoyed a socially distanced BBQ with No2 son and his family (and another cake)
Both nights involved smoky fires and I now smell well kippered!
Quite unexpected excitement.  I thought it was going to be another quiet lockdown day.

As an added bonus, when I returned home I found the wool I ordered has been delivered.
