More familiar day

Today was a mixture of heavy rain, wind and beautiful sunshine. More like most summers in Dunblane than the last few weeks. Had a day off so was, able to enjoy a walk through the lanes near the house and captured my Mono Monday shot. This feels like summer, beautiful grasses alongside threatening clouds. Thanks to our host.
Joined my parent support group on Zoom tonight. So helpful to speak to others and provide peer support. It's sometimes lonely and tiring supporting someone with Mental Health and eating disorders. Good to connect.
