Trip to Blackford

We took cleaning stuff to polish up my Dad and Grandpa’s gravestone as I knew it would be badly needing it.  Good to see the grass had all been cut in the cemetery though.  I did a hand tied with flowers from the back garden and thought they turned out nice.

We walked in the woods afterwards beating the sharp shower that descended just as we arrived back at the car.  Headed to Ledketty in Dunning on the way back home for jam strawberries for my mum.  After that we went out the Tibbermore road home and stopped at Greenhill Nursery to buy a training hydrangea for the Secret Place at the bottom of the garden.  They had a mobile coffee van there for Fathers Day so had home made lemon drizzle cake and a flat white, only the second barista made coffee since lockdown.

A good day out for a change.
