buggering around in Photoshop

still dont know if I like this Elements thing. Dont find it very user friendly at all. It assumes you have you used this type of jiggery pockery before so any one new to it can be confronted with all sorts of high tech demons who can taunt, tease and refuse to give up their photo manipulating secrets to the virgin user. I have tinkered a tad to try and do this reflection using the free transfrom demon who once coaxed and tickled can produce some pleasing little results. Any further pointers from fellow blipsters using the element thingy are welcome.
