Sad but Appreciative

So, I was in two minds about posting this... but it was something that meant a lot to me, so i figured it was worth putting it out there. The person who wrote this recently had to make the decision to let go of a dear pet with a long term progressive illness. I had been involved with the case over the last few months and helped the animal to pass on. A while later the practice received a thank you card, which included the above message (names omitted).
