Lockdown - Day 93
Pan-Fried Scallops with Black Pudding, served on a bed of Colcannon, with a Caramelised Red Onion Sauce
I normally refuse to cook dead stuff, but, with it being Father’s Day, I made an exception and spent the morning cooking dad’s favourites, all of which went down very well.
