Father’s Day

Have seen all the family over the weekend. Father’s Day cards were delivered to John. Then at lunchtime the family arranged a takeaway lunch for us.

When Ali , Phil, Euan and Eve were here they sat in our sitooterie . At that time it was pretty cool and we gave them fleecy blankets to put round themselves. I sent Fifi a photo of them all . She sent a photo back of them sitting in the sun in Lyall’s parent’s garden with the quote , “The sun shines on the righteous!” The ironic thing is that these photos were taken almost at the same time and a distance of a mere 6 miles apart!

The weather has continued to be showery and we have had a couple of walks dodging the rain.
