Boppa’s day

That’s what Father’s Day seem to have become. This wonderful card arrived the other day from daughter Grace and granddaughter Eda, just had to be me blip.
Chris also got a lovely video of Eda saying  ‘I love you Boppa’!

Not much else today, a very mixed day of sun, strong winds and showers but it did get some washing dry. I was remembering as I put it out how my mother and her generation would have been horrified by washing being out on a Sunday!
Chris has been busy with his garden shredder so I suppose he’s been happy!

The vase holds the last of my rescued peonies, they’ve been lovely and I also have a vase of dog daises from the garden which I cut yesterday.
