Lovely day all round!

I had the loveliest day today. I woke up to this view from the parentals window - stunning. It's like being in Austria!

I spent the morning spinning with friends old and new and thoroughly enjoyed all the chat, the advice and the action!!

I had lunch at the yacht club with M&D and their friends before settling into 2 gruelling rugby matches. Well done and well deserved Ireland and bad luck to my team against England...I'm so keen that they get a win this season!

A really lovely evening celebrating a special birthday with a special friend and her family and friends. Its great to get a bit of socialising during parental weekends.

A very satisfying and nourishing day all round!
