What I've been doing instead of blipping....

Exercise has done wonders for my sleep. I haven't slept through the night without sleep aids since July 2011. In October 2012, I stopped taking sleep aids (was taking a natural one by then). I continued to have what I think they call "middle insomnia?" Anyways, since starting my daily Zumba routine at home, I've been sleeping through the night. It's wonderful.
