Belated birthday party

Today my gorgeous niece finally had her birthday party after it had to be cancelled in lockdown.
So with lockdown all finished, islanders came out in their droves today. There was a BLM demonstration with approximately 2000 people involved. A mini festival in aid of the sailing trust, held by some parents from school, 750 people in attendance. Charlie is out at an 18th party this evening, no doubt there are loads of people there too. Coronavirus is seemingly a thing of the past. In other, less good news, my dad has to take my mum to A and E this evening. She has now been allowed to go home thank goodness. Test results will be in soon. Xx
