Bumble coming in to land

I wonder if they make joyous noises like weeeeeeee!
extra of this lovely bumble shopping on the Little  Sea Gull rose.
Had terrible headaches yesterday not sleeping well either It dawned on me that I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms NO tea coffee ice cream fried stuff, cakes, yes think that was it. feel much better but I still long for things and there is no eating 3 hours before bed either. and I am to have 5 small meals a day .
I have managed it today.but I still  would like some milk .But NO NO NO! I will not I can be quite stubborn when I need to.
I am still burning so I must do as I am told.
