Vegan delight
A relaxing Saturday catching up online with my sisters, reading in the garden in the sunny intervals and a spin on my fast bike. I also spun a bit of wool, one of my ongoing projects. I made this delicious vegan choc chip mint ice cream for pudding. Frozen banana, avocado, a few drops of peppermint essence and choc chips all blended and frozen further to taste.
