Is it a Mistle Thrush?

I went for a short walk this afternoon and spotted this Thrush. I'm not sure but I think it's a Mistle Thrush but I'm sure  one of you wiil be able to let me know. I've included another shot of it singing and one of the ferry on the water - can you spot the fishermen?
