Richard Rocks

This afternoon as we parked in the Village Hall car park for our church service (our church is closed until Easter for reordering of the building) we saw at close hand the work being done on the village culverts to try to manage and prevent the effects of severe flooding that we have experienced in recent months.

Now whilst that is very interesting and useful it is not nearly as good to look at as our son Richard as seen yesterday on a brief visit to Exeter to lunch with his mother and sister. In this photo he is responding satisfactorily to some gossip as told by his sister.
