Orange and Olive Oil!

...a bit of a silly name for a cake, I’m going to call it a St Clements as it has both orange and lemon in it. It is gluten free and suitable for a lactose intolerant vegetarian with a coconut allergy!! This is the quality control shot, I can vouch it tasted good.

I swapped the garden for the kitchen today and also made a lemon meringue pie...and one without the pie which we had for dessert, it was very very tart! I used a Mary Berry recipe and the silly woman had me using umpteen utensils in the process which of course all needed licked afterwards...it’ll take several days gardening to work it all off again!
