Silly Saturday: Another Graffiti Face

Four weeks ago I blipped a graffiti face for admirer's Silly Saturday challenge. Here's another for the challenge this week. The artist's signature looks the same, and the face is very similar. Last time I speculated that the artist might be in a tizz with a new love affair - there was a heart in one eye and a dizzy-looking spiral in the other. If that was true, maybe (s)he is now more certain of her/his love, as there's a heart in both eyes on this face! (And pink seems a more loving colour than black.)

The previous face was on a nice plain wall - I'm not quite sure why the artist chose to paint this one where there are other signs  (it's on a bridge over the main railway line going north). It seems a silly place to me anyway.
