THE GOLDEN COUPLE

Out again this evening - two days on the trot - amazing!

Anne came to collect me while Ray was preparing a great meal.

Anne is French & a very high flyer in the upper echelons of the €uropean Community earning eye-watering amounts of €uros. Ray is an impoverished Scottish guitar maker who fell "on his feet" - I prefer the French equivalent - he fell "son cul dans le beurre" - (with his arse in the butter!)

The attraction of opposites can be beautiful to see - we had a terrific  fishy meal followed by a cheese board to die for. The dessert was an18 year old Arran.

Taxi home way after my bedtime!
