Catbird

Growing up I never even knew what a catbird was. In recent years I have learned more about them. They imitate the sounds of other birds and even other critters. They can make a sound like a cat, like a squirrel and even imitate a frog. The longer they live the more sounds they acquire.

I put out a bag of thistle seed and a feeder for jellies and jams. It is nice to have the company of wildlife visitors.
